Swing Time is a collaboration of everything in the realm of Swing. We organize live music events, offer swing dance instruction, produce performances, and work with other groups and individuals to provide swing happenings. We do our best to preserve the energy of the swing era, and help carry it to the future.

Russ Bruner founded Swing Time as a project to provide and create more opportunities for swing bands and swing musicians to encourage and help them to play this style of jazz and get good exposure to the public. It was a challenging task as Russ has seen many others struggle in attempt to have live swing music on a regular basis. Russ continues to seek out support in his efforts, and has found success in collaborating with others that are also passionate about swing.

Over the years our Swing Time group has developed a standard and an understanding of the music that really stands out in the events we’re a part of. Swing Time is now a part of many goals and projects and we appreciate the opportunities that come our way. We look forward to what the future holds and having you be a part of it.
