Pronounced like the clock… or like the street in Portland labeled: "Couch." It’s not pronounced like the furniture item found in homes called by the name "Couch." (I hope that clarifies.) This group is fronted by Portland Jazz vocalist Kat Cogswell. She is joined with a Quintet that has instrumentation that makes an early Paris influenced sound that’s well described as: "Moulin Rouge meets Django Reinhardt."
