Last Church of Swing
Sunday, June 28th

Let us gather together the Last Sunday of the Month to rejoice in song and dance at the Last Church of Swing. Services shall commence with an inspirational sermon on Balboa Swing which welcomes all levels of disciples of Swing. All who attend will surely find themselves more closely connected to the spirit of Swing. Immediately following the Sermon another chance to show your devotion, learning the Fundamentals of Swing. All worshipers are welcome, as we introduce the basic steps of Swing Dance.

Following the lessons,”Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.”-Psalm 150:4.
Let us dance to the live music of the Djangophiles, Portland’s Premiere String Swing Quintet.

**Those who attend the Balboa Sermon may attend the entire rest of the evening FREE of charge.

Dress in your Sunday best, or come as you are!

6:30-7:30 Balboa Sermon (All levels welcome, $10)
7:30-8:00 Swing Fundamentals (Geared for beginners)
8:00-9:00 Djangophiles Quintet
9:00-9:30 DJ’d Band Break
9:30-10:00 Djangophiles Quintet
10:30-11:00 DJ’d Swing

Balboa Sermon –> $10 (includes free admission to dance)
Swing Dance –> $8 for Adults, $5 Students
$5 Cover charge for All who come after 9:00pm
