Kazüm
Kazüm’s mission is to push the boundaries of perceived limitations, inspire ourselves and others to actualize dreams and to create more joy and beauty in the world through the medium of movement and dance.
Kazüm has been Portland’s premiere acrobalance dance troupe since 2005. Since their inception they have collaborated with many of the most loved and creative groups in Portland’s eclectic and dynamic avant-garde music and performing arts scene, including Heroes & Villains, Trashcan Joe, Sweet Juice and The March 4th Marching Band. After brandishing their uplifting and high energy flair at Portland’s Earth Day Festival, The March 4th Marching Band Birthday Party, The Oregon Country Fair: Midnight Show, The Alberta Street Fair, Pickathon, Pizzazz: The Mercury Talent Show, Batty’s Hippodrome Opening Party, Wanderlust Circus, et cetera, Kazüm has established themselves as an integral part of Portland’s art community, and continues define the role of local circus in Portland’s future.
Each of Kazüm’s members brings a different aspect of physical theatre to create this unique troupe.

Dang, this was one heck of a rollicking good time. Standing room only - get there early. My daughter and I were thrilled to attend.
